poem
enjoy the weekend
said to the postman
who gets on his bike
some not welcomed letters
some nice ones
in the past we needed
cardigans in summer
then we didn't know
that these were
the better times

haiku
coneflowers
bumblebees
their happy cooperation
hunched over
because of
the unrest in the world
and out of stupidity
when I straightened
up a little
I saw the treetops
the garden hose
is rolled up for today
now Belgian beer
rinsing the rice
and reflecting on
this turbulent world

the ordering of
two more small fans
what we do on Sunday
coolness arrived
welcomed by
trumpets and drums
after a thunderstorm
without damage
people raise their arms
to thank and turn off
the mobile
air conditioner
