Like the size contrast here too Angelika.
I was stuck once in a tunnel with traffic and a burning car and no way out - was a bit frightening for a couple hours.

oh yes that reminds me of travellingthrough the Alps and so much of the journey was through tunnels, very disappointing not to see more mountains...

yes, there are a lot of tunnels!
(so i have a lot of fear ... -- i don`t like tunnels, cellars, dens etc.)

i was never afraid in the air but today with all these security checks at the airport ...

I was amazed by the Alps when I drove near them 10 yrs ago. I can't imagine being in a tunnel there!
