Hallo Donka!
Nice to meet you!

I just changed it!

At first I wrote:

hot flash ...
my fellow sufferer
this roasted duck

I had a hot flash in a restaurant ... -- I hate these hot flashes in public ...

Then I changed it. Each night these hot flashes ...

A bottle with water stands near my bed. Cheers! And then it goes on. Some sleep then a hot flash again some sleep ...
