Above you see a photo from last year. But I enjoyed it to follow a conference in London -- via twitter, last Saturday. I thought that it would be a good time for someone who loves short poetry and it really was a good time.

Sometimes, but not very often, the voice and the words of a person form a picture in my mind which is similar to the reality. Dev found the right description: a Royal picture ;-)
The links are very interesting, though I still don't understand how to involve twitters into a discussion. I think they just showed the messages, didn't they?
A new time of communication overruns the world ... Or does open new doors?

Thank you that you have read my little report about this event at Tate Modern, Ralf (and it went on yesterday -- more videos at YouTube).
Twitter-users were asked to send questions (direct twitter-messages to Short_at_Tate)before the discussion started (and during the conference). Questions, remarks (and a giggle from Germany ...)-- we (from outside) could take part in a special way, I do think in an interesting way. And it indeed opens new doors.

you look like your were enjoying London in that photo; i visited in the nineties; loved the Tate museum and Madam Tussads, saw the changing of the guards, Wow that was good; there were no poetry highlights in my visit then

There are some places in London which I like very much,Gillena. Tate Britain and Tate Modern are favourite places for me. In 2006 I visited the Kandinsky-exhibition (Tate Modern). It was a breathtaking experience.
Twitter is sometimes interesting, sometimes funny, sometimes strange. Like life ...
